Unwinding gantry
Equipment to store your wires in an organized and simple way. The gantry reel adapts to your workshop and allows you to set up your workshop in the best possible way. This installation also optimizes your time by saving you the time of tidying up wires. Read more
Reel unwinder trolley
The Mecaspin range of reel unwinders comprises a series of reel unwinders in several different sizes. The reel unwinders are laser-cut from 8mm thick sheet metal, deliberately oversized to support all types of loads and reels. They can be mounted on castors or fixed directly to the floor.
Wire management displays
The main purpose of the grommet is to separate and level electrical wires before they enter the wiring system. It helps to organise and reduce wire handling operations. The wire holder also allows you to place the wires at the height of your operator to avoid RSI. Finally, it contributes to optimized thread unwinding and prevents threads from tangling. Read more
Wire sorter
The wire sorter enables fast, reliable and precise automatic selection of the wires and cables to be spun from the pre-wiring machine. This equipment is compatible with wire reels and box-type systems. It allows the selection of 24 different wire types without error, for easy and efficient use. Read more
Duct management equipment
Duct sleeves
The sheath sleeve is a piece of equipment that guides and orients the various sheaths from the reels to the spinning machine, for optimum use. They can be installed under tables or behind shelves, depending on the configuration of your workshop.
Hose reels
The Mecaspin liner dispenser ensures optimum unrolling of liners in the pre-wiring machine. It makes all unwinding operations easier and prevents unwinding accidents. Changing the spool is quick and easy. Braking is by means of a jack and strap, for equipment that lasts over time.
End of coil detector
The end-of-reel detection system is fitted to sheath reels to detect the end of the reel. Once the information has been transmitted to the machine, the spinning stops, which saves material. The savings can be as much as one spun sheath for each reel of sheath used. Read more
