Loading crane
The Mecaspin loading crane is specially designed for lifting ICTA sheath reels, offering a robust and flexible solution that simplifies your handling operations and improves safety and efficiency in your workshop.
Multipurpose stacker
Mecaspin’s multi-purpose stacker makes it easy to handle and store heavy loads, improving efficiency and safety in your workshop.
Removable/handling clamp
Mecaspin’s reel-to-reel handling gripper facilitates the handling of reels with greater precision and safety, optimising efficiency and reducing operator fatigue.
Sheath end sensor
The end-of-sheath sensor system is fitted to the sheath reels and detects the end of the sheath reel.
Air compressor
The MECASPIN air compressor supplies pressurised air to feed duct pre-wiring machines. High-performance and robust, it supplies the feed required by several pre-spinning. The compressor is supplied with a condensate drain so you don’t have to carry out weekly maintenance.
Sheath pusher
The MECASPIN sheath pusher is a semi-autonomous unit that ‘pushes’ the sheath to the pre-wiring machine, increasing the length of the wire by up to 80 metres. Placed at the exit of the sheath reel, the sheath pusher communicates with the spinning machine via the MODBUS TCP link.
