Technical characteristics of a wire feeder

The reel enables optimised unwinding of the wire in pre-wiring machines at speeds of up to 3 m/s. It is also equipped with a brake mechanism to control the speed of wire rotation and maintain constant tension. The , ultra-efficient braking system works on reels weighing up to 30 kg. What’s more, it’s wear-free over the long term. This braking system limits the risk of accidents in the event of a problem with the electrical wire. The fact that it is controlled also reduces wear on the chain, as the cable is wound in an optimised way.

Finally, changing coils is very quick. The dimensions mean that one-handed adjustment of the diameter from 80 to 150 using 3 fingers ensures perfect concentricity.
